Product Overview
Coal-based granular activated carbon is a high-performance industrial adsorbent, made from high-quality anthracite coal through processes such as crushing, screening, high-temperature steam activation, and deep processing. It features well-developed mesoporous and macroporous structures, strong capability of retaining impurities, high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and low production costs. Unlike coconut shell activated carbon, which focuses on precise micro-porous adsorption, coal-based granular activated carbon is adept at treating large-volume, medium to low-concentration waste gas and wastewater pollutants. It is the most cost-effective and widely used filtration medium in traditional industrial environmental protection projects.
2. Core Product Advantages
• Excellent mesoporous structure: Rich meso- and macropores enable efficient adsorption of large molecular organic pollutants, suspended solids, and complex odor gases.
• High mechanical strength: particles are hard, resistant to compression and impact, and are not prone to breaking or pulverization during long-term fluidized bed filtration.
• Strong anti-pollution capability: Stable performance under complex water quality and dusty exhaust conditions, not prone to clogging and failure.
• Economical and practical: Compared to coconut shell activated carbon, the material cost is lower, suitable for large-scale industrial regular purification.
• Widely Regenerable: Supports thermal regeneration and reuse, significantly reducing the overall operational costs of the project.
