Industrial honeycomb activated carbon is an efficient overall adsorbent, made from high-quality coal-based and coconut shell activated carbon powder with high-temperature-resistant binder. Through professional kneading, extrusion molding, and high-temperature sintering processes, it forms a stable honeycomb-like porous structure. This product is specifically developed for large air volume, low concentration industrial waste gas purification, and is widely used in the fields of industrial volatile organic compounds (VOCs) treatment, deodorization, and air purification. According to different complex working conditions, the product is divided into two types: standard dry type and waterproof and moisture-proof type.

3. Product Specifications and Grades
3.1 Categorized by waterproofing grade
• Standard Dry Type: Ideal for treating dry exhaust gas with humidity below 30%, suitable for common printing and drying workshop exhaust gas treatment.
• Waterproof Type (Main Grade): Suitable for humidity 30%-95%, applicable to water curtain paint spray rooms, smoke and wet waste gas treatment.
3.2 Classified by iodine adsorption value (adsorption performance)
• 400 mg/g: Economy type, for mild deodorization and general ventilation purification.
• 600-700 mg/g: General engineering grade, for regular low concentration VOC waste gas.
• 800 mg/g: Standard mainstream grade, suitable for standard VOC treatment and industrial deodorization (most commonly used).
• 900-1000 mg/g: High efficiency and high-quality grade, used for high-concentration organic solvent waste gas and solvent recovery.
3.3 Classification by hole density
• 50 holes/square inch (large holes): ultra-low wind resistance, suitable for high air volume, dusty, and oil smoke working environments.
• 100 holes/square inch (medium aperture): General-purpose, widely used in spray painting, printing, and most industrial deodorization applications.
• 150 holes/square inch (small hole diameter): High specific surface area, used for trace VOCs purification and clean room air treatment.
3.4 Standard Size
Standard stock sizes: 50×50×50mm, 100×100×50mm, 100×100×100mm; customizable in special shapes and sizes.
4. Main Applications and Working Conditions
• VOCs waste gas treatment: Adsorbs volatile organic compounds such as benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone, methanol, formaldehyde, etc., from industrial production lines.
• Industrial Deodorization: Eliminate malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and methanethiol from wastewater treatment plants, garbage disposal stations, and farms.
• Odor and humidity control gas purification: Purify kitchen fume, curtain spray painting room exhaust and high humidity industrial waste gas.
