1. Product Introduction
Non-smoke coal filter material is a commonly used shallow-depth filtration medium in the domestic water treatment industry. Made from high-purity and high-quality non-smoke coal, it undergoes artificial selection, multiple crushing, screening, water washing to remove dust, and drying refinement. The product is black, angular granules with hard texture, stable structure, and high porosity, serving as the core underlay filter material for double-layer, triple-layer filter beds and mechanical filters. It has inert chemical properties, resistant to acid and alkali, non-dissolving, and non-corrosive. It does not crumble or release impurities when soaked in water for a long time, and is suitable for various domestic water, industrial wastewater, and circulating water filtration systems. It is the preferred upper filter material for quartz sand.
2. Product Material
Selected high-carbon anthracite raw coal, free of gangue, impurities, and soil, processed through high-temperature purification. Core indicators: Fixed carbon content ≥ 85%, extremely low ash content, acid solubility ≤ 3.5%, silt content ≤ 4%, high mechanical strength, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant, fully compliant with the national standard "CJ/T 43-2005 Anthracite Filter Material for Water Treatment."

4. Product Advantages and Features
•High filtration accuracy and strong dirt-capturing ability: rich in particle edges, with a porosity of up to 45%-50%, the pore structure is reasonable, capable of retaining a large amount of suspended matter, colloids, and silt impurities in water, with a much higher dirt capacity than ordinary filter material.
• Extremely stable physical and chemical properties: high resistance to acidity, alkalinity, and corrosion; does not dissolve, decompose, or release harmful substances in neutral, weak acid, or weak alkaline water, without altering the water's pH.
•High hardness, non-powdering, low loss: High mechanical strength, resistant to erosion and water jet impact, not prone to breakage, no powder generation, not easy to clog filter layers, long service life.
• Excellent stratification effect, compatible with multi-layer filtration: lighter than quartz sand, naturally stratifies during filtration; the upper layer of anthracite intercepts large particles, while the lower layer of quartz sand provides fine filtration, significantly enhancing overall filtration efficiency.
High cost-performance and easy maintenance: abundant supply, low prices, no need for frequent replacement; only requires regular backwashing, with extremely low maintenance costs.
• Non-toxic and safe, compliant with standards: No heavy metal leaching, no residual pollution, suitable for tap water and drinking water purification applications.

• Suspended Solids Interception Filtration: Efficiently retains mud, floating matter, floc, and suspended impurities in water, reducing the water's SS turbidity.
• Clarify Water Quality: Improve water turbidity, enhance water clarity, and purify preliminary water quality.
•Protect lower filter material: As the upper coarse filtration layer, intercept large particle pollutants, prevent quartz sand and activated carbon filter layer from clogging, and prolong the service life of the entire filter material set.
• Preliminary water purification: assist in adsorbing a small amount of organic matter and odors, stabilize water quality indicators.
•Uniform Water and Air Distribution: Regular particle structure ensures even water and air distribution, avoiding local short-circuiting and biased flow.
